June - 3 Nate Update {#2}

We made it home! Got here a little before 2:00 p.m. Nate had a real bath and shaved so he would feel human again. He's worn out and napping now. I've already been a horrible nurse. 12 minutes late on the meds!! The kids will be getting home in about a half hour and life will resume somewhat where it left off. I've already started to cry more. I guess now that we are home I can let it go. We thank you all again for your prayers and love. If you've never seen Nate cry, come on over! No really, in all seriousness, he and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We know God lives and loves each of us, is mindful of us and His hand not only in this accident, but in each of our lives is astounding. The miracle that day began (at least from my mortal perspective) when he chose the better of two helmets and I know it is continuing with his recovery. Wow, life can change in an instant. I really can't even express how I feel. Just so very thankful, grateful, loved, and blessed. Each day truly is a blessing!

I'll still keep you posted on his recovery. Probably won't be an everyday thing, but when I have something to share I will. Love you all!
