On the 24th of July my family came over for some water slidin' and a yummy dinner. Rick (my brother) brought the slide and the kids loved it... who wouldn't?! They were doing flips, flops, and having the time of their lives. No major catastrophes happened and my grass is finally on the mend (after
2 1/2 weeks)!
On the 25th of July we went to my parents house to watch fireworks. We never bought any of our own this summer. . . How cheap are we?!! Thanks, Grandma and Grandpa Swensen, for the firework show!

I love how the kids put their fingers over their ears. I don't know anyone that likes all the noisy fireworks. Why do they put them in there anyway?
