The first significant snowfall. It is so magical to me. I love it. (But when one of these shows up in April it's a different story!) One of my favorite things- listening to Christmas music while driving in a snow storm (if it's not a crazy, slippery mess).
Our shaggy Maggie has a big problem getting "snow-daggets", as we so affectionately call them, after a snow storm. Poor dog. Needless to say, she gets a lot of warms baths November-March.
I've spent a lot of evenings sitting in the car reading and playing with Austin while the kids do there extracurricular activities. Sometimes I would actually look forward to the down time.... even if I'm stuck in the car.
Eliza knows how to throw a fit. After she threw up in her car seat earlier this month she's been sitting in just a booster. Since she ruined her car seat (there was no way of coming back from what horrors she did to that seat), I haven't gotten around to getting a new one. She threw a fit and then fell asleep like this. Sometimes you can only do so much and in this case it was get home as soon as possible.... hopefully safely.
This rainbow was extraordinary! I don't remember a time when I saw one so vividly and fully. I felt Heavenly Father's love for me and all humankind in this very moment.
Who can resist a thumb sucking, sleeping baby? I know I can't!
Nor can I resist a bottle holding baby. What a big boy!
I also can't resist a baby under a Christmas tree. I may not be able to resist most anything with a baby, especially THIS baby. Just sayin'. Mama is smitten.
Mags got a haircut.... what is up with the mustache, though?? I think I need to be the one to tell the groomers what to do and not Nate! Nate, you're fired!
Kaden once again designed an awesome car for the Pinewood Derby. He didn't get any remarkable times or placements, but had fun participating. His car this year was called The Comet.
