11 years and counting

{then}

So here it is, another year gone by. Today Nate and I celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary! Time flies when you're having fun!! In someways it seems more like 20 years and yet wasn't it just yesterday I was riding in the backseat of my parents' car throwing up on the way to the Salt Lake Temple? Ha! Yes, true story. It was when the freeway was under major reconstruction. It was like riding in a luge. I was soooo excited... like Christmas morning when you're a kid excited, only multiplied by a thousand! I got carsick and had to grab the floor mat and funnel it away from me and my wedding dress I had laying across my lap. My poor dad had the fun job of cleaning it up while I got ready. I still feel bad about that! Things could only get better from there, and they did! 4 (and 1/2) kids later here we are in more love than we were 11 years ago. I am so blessed to have Nate in my life. He is truly my best friend. Happy anniversary, Nate! I love you!!

{now}
Older and hopefully WISER!

I didn't know you threw up in the car, that is so funny. I hope you had a great day doing something together today. Hopefully Nate isn't out of town :) We love you both!

I wonder if my wedding pictures will look that nerdy once it's been 11 years. :) Ha ha ha, just kidding.... Kind of. Congrats on 11 years!

I forgot you had thrown up on your way to the Temple. I guess there is always something that has to go wrong before you get there. I almost didn't wake up in time. Dad probably didn't set his alarm clock on purpose. LOL I hope you two had a happy anniversary. I love you both!
