First Day of School

Summer ended and school began.  It was bitter sweet.  Our last week of summer everyone except Tye got the stomach flu.... what a way to go out with a bang!  I was so mad, but what do ya do?  The kids were ready to be on a schedule again (they will say otherwise, but don't listen to them) and I was ready to have my house stay clean for a couple hours each day.  Rachel, Kaden and Tye like their teachers (always a good thing) and Haley was very excited and ready to start preschool this time around.

Haley was so excited to sit on the porch and watch for Rachel, Kaden and Tye to come home on the first day of school {August 23, 2011}.  They came home one by one.  Somehow they didn't get the memo to stick together.  They started out together, but I guess went at their own pace.  We had a talk after that.... let's stick together, yeah, yeah, yeah.... jk

Haley's first day {August 30, 2011} went great, so I'm told.  She loves Miss Camalee and all her new friends.  I will admit I'm enjoying Tuesday and Thursday mornings with only one kid.... the possibilities are almost endless!!
